Health Therapy

A wide range of doctors are available at the Medical Center Bad Ragaz. An initial and final consultation is held with one of our doctors during your health therapy treatment in order to ensure that you are provided with in-depth and competent support. The initial medical examination will also involve defining objectives and discussing your treatment programme.

You can register with the Medical Health Center directly by telephone or e-mail, or via your physician. Please send us your written medical health therapy prescription. The form below can be used for this purpose. The doctor or surgeon who is treating you will request confirmation of coverage of the health therapy treatment from your health or accident insurer. Please note that this is a medically prescribed health therapy treatment (including outpatient rehabilitation), and not inpatient rehabilitation.

With confirmation of coverage and a medical prescription, basic insurance covers two therapies per day, and a third treatment can be submitted for additional cover depending on the policy con-cerned. If you have not received confirmation of coverage and have no medical prescription, you will be charged a direct payer rate based on our current price list.

For a valid medical physiotherapy prescription without confirmation of coverage, a maximum of 9 therapy units can be invoiced via health insurance. Medical massages and lymph drainage (25 and 50 minutes respectively) are not covered by basic insurance. Depend-ing on the insurance cover, these can be submitted via additional insurance.
