Group classes

A group of athletically dressed people is doing sports exercises with a kettlebell. A trainer corrects the posture of a participant who is in the middle of the group.

As a BENEFIT member we offer you a regularly changing class schedule in the training room as well as in the thermal water.

Our classes are held by qualified physiotherapists and trainers. The BENEFIT fitness and strength training centre is Qualitop-certified and is therefore recognised by many health insurance companies. Contact your health insurance company about possible reimbursement.

The current schedule is valid from 1 October to 22 December. As the number of participants is limited for all classes, please register for the class you would like to attend. In addition, the classes can only be held with a minimum of three participants. We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule. Classes are not held on official Swiss holidays.

Joint-gentle whole-body training in thermal water. The focus is on increasing strength, mobility and endurance.

Yoga
Yoga is a teaching/practice that harmonises and aligns the body, mind and soul through breathing exercises, postures and relaxation techniques. It promotes health, reduces stress and improves concentration.

Aqua-Yoga
A holistic training consisting of traditional yoga and modern water training. It includes exercises and breathing techniques that contribute to relaxation and support the body's ability to heal itself.

Pilates
Gentle training method to improve posture and coordination. Ideal for reducing stress.

Belly slimmer

Strength training for targeted strengthening of the core and back muscles. For more stability and better posture.
