Medical massage is a problem-oriented full-body or partial massage to reduce pain and relax or firm up the body’s tissue. This form of massage helps to relax muscles and to improve circulation. In turn, this reduces tension and supports metabolism in the skin and the musculature.

Lymph drainage is a manual technique in which targeted massage techniques help to drain accumulated fluid from tissue and accelerate lymphatic flow. It is used after operations and injuries, to help relieve pain, swelling and migraines, as well as to promote relaxation.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle form of manual therapy concentrated on the body’s craniosacral rhythm. Light touch and gentle pressure techniques are used to relieve tension and blockages in the craniosacral system, thereby calming the nervous system and increasing wellbeing. This therapy is often used to treat headaches, neck and back pain, stress, sleep disorders, tinnitus and other ailments.
